Ingredients:
1 avocado
200g of cooked shrimp
1 jar of olives MIKADO
Red grapefiruit (3-4 slices)
Dill
Lemon
How to make it:
1 Peel avocado,to the pip.Cut into quarters and then each quarter cut into thin slices.
2.Thoroughly cleaned grapefruit lobule of white skin that would not let bittemess through. Then,disassemble them into fibers.
3.Decant water from olives.A few pieces should be left intact for decoration,10-15 pieces cut into halves.The small sprigs of dill can bebroken by hand.
4. Mix together all ingredients(avocado,grapefruit,olives and shnimp)and season salad with mayonnaise or with another filling:
-1 tsp of liquid honey;
-1 tbsp of lemon;
-2 tablespoons olive oil;
-Salt and pepper-to taste.
