Ingredients:
Half a young cabbage 2 medium tomatoes
4 eggs
1 jar of tuna fillet "MIKADO"
3-4 sprigs of parsley
70 ml of cream
70 ml mayonnaise
Salt and pepper-to taste
Preparation:
Boil eggs hard.Cool them. Cut into large chunks.Slice cabbage and mash with a small amount of salt. Cut tomatoes into large slices. Drain the tuna then disassemble with a fork into small pieces. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.Chopthe parsley. The last step-placeal the ingredients in a bowl and pour the sauceon top.Decorate with parsley leaves. Immediately bring to the table. That's it!
