Ingredients:
300g spaghetti MIKADO
300-400g boiled mushrooms (in this case,boletus)
100g soft cream cheese
1 medium onion
1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons flour
Chives
Salt and pepper
How to makeit:
1. Heat a pan,pour the olive oil into it.Put the mushrooms in the pan and fry for 10-15 minutes. Add peeled and shredded onions to mushrooms,stir and cook all for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add flour to the mushrooms and onions,mix well.Now you can add soft cheese.If the sauce is too dense,it can be diluted with a few tablespoons of hot water.At the end add salt and pepper.
3. At the same time,boil the spaghetti in boiling water until tender.
4. When the sauce is ready,add it to the spaghetti,mix gently,place on a platter,decorate with green onions and cherry tomatoes,and serve.
