Ingredients:
1 chicken fillet
1 jarof olives MIKADO
100g of salad mix
1/2 green apple
2 tbsp.of olive oil MIKADO Dill
Salt and pepper
For the filling:
1 orange
1 tbsp.of lemon juice
1 tbsp.of pomegranate juice
4 tbsp.of olive oil MIKADO
How tomakeit:
1. Making a roll. The Chicken fillet is cut into halves (not completely)and slightly repels the two sides. Put the nings ofthe olives on top,sprinkle with herbs and pour l tbsp.of olive oil.Roll gently and fasten all sides with toothpicks. Fry in a frying pan with butter for 5-7minutes on each side. Cover with alid and cool.
2. Then make the filling. Remove a thin layer from half of orange using a trowel. Squeeze the juice from the pulp.Add the olive oil,lemon and pomegranate juice,salt,pepper and whip everything.At theend of whipping add orange zest.
3. Break lettuce on large parts with hands,apples cut into thin slices.
4.Remove all toothpicks from the cooled rolls and cut into slices 0.5cm width.
5.In a shallow dish put lettuce,apples,roll,olives and tank up with prepared sauce.
