Ingredients:
1 pack of puff pastry
150g sugar
150g powdered sugar
500g fresh chemes
2 egg yolks
1 jar of maraschino chenry MIKADO(for decoration)
leaves oflemon balm or mint(for decoration)
60g farina
How tomake it:
1. Prepare the work surface and sprinklea little with flour.Take the puffpastryout of the package and placeon the surface.
2. Wash the chemies,remove seeds and placeinacolander to stack extrajuice.
3. Youcan do pastry puffs of absolutelyanyshape:square,rectangular,triangularorcircular.Cut out the chosen shape and lubnicate it with the fluffyegg yolk.Put the pastryonabaking sheet covered with parchment paper.
4. When all cheny juiceis drained,add farina tothe cheny (it wil thicken remaining liquid duringbaking) and sugar,mix wel.
5. Nowfil theready pastry shapes with chenry stufingand put in a preheated(to 180°C) ovenfor15-20 minutes.Sprinkle theready pufs with icing sugarand decorate with cocktail chemes.
