Ingredients (for2people):
1 chicken filet
2 pineapple ringlets
2 tbsp.diluted soy sauce
1 tbsp.pineapple syrup
2 tbsp.olive oil
150g spaghetti
sprig of parsley
salt and pepper
4 wooden skewers
How to make it:
1 Soak skewers in cold water.Cut fllets into 2-3 cm pieces,put them in a bowl,add 1 tbsp.soy sauce,1 tbsp.pineapple syrup,1 tbsp.of oil,salt and pepper.Stirall and set aside tomaninate.
2. At this time,boil the spaghetti untilal dente state.When the spagheti isalmost ready,wam up1 tbsp.spoon of olive oilin a fying pan then add the spagheti.Strand add1 tbsp.soy sauce,stir again and add chopped fresh herbs.Close the lid and diminish theheat.In2-3minutes the gamish is ready.
3.Cut pineapple ringlets into 4 pieces.Strung on skewers a piece of chicken,2 slices of pineapple,again filet,pineapple and filets.Fry the skeweron a gnill pan orin apreheated oven at 180-200°Cuntil it is cooked.
